I’m a food, nature, and science-loving Registered Dietitian devoted to helping women improve their health through nutrition. I specialize in women’s health nutrition, specifically Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovary Syndrome (PMOS), formerly called Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and healthy aging through perimenopause and menopause.
